We hired this company to photograph my daughter's 15th birthday party. He subcontracted to a woman we know nothing about. He claimed she lost all the pictures in her computer.
He will not give me her name to confirm his information about the lost pictures. He claims he will give me back my money, but in payments. It's been over a year now and has not paid me anything. Everytime I call him he says he mailed the check. He continually lies. I want to be able to get a hold of the woman if there is any chance she still has my pictures and is not giving them to Harlan (owner) because he owes her money. I hope to make a deal with her to get the pictures from her.
