November 2005 I had a STROKE in Charlotte, NC while on vacation, whereby I was admitted to Presbyterian Hospital and released on my 3rd day - a Sunday evening! because I was uninsured and then Dr. Shah was nervy and cruel enough to set an appointment with his office with MANY clear and emphatic words, "Don't come if you don't have the money".

I told my nurse he was kicking me out (at night) and would sue him, the hospital, and anyone and everyone that had anything to do with my discharge if anything happened to me (2 buses and about 2-1/2 hours on them, plus it had gotten cold out and all I had was summer clothes). She arranged a hospital-paid taxi for me, GOD BLESS NURSES! Needless to say I missed my trip home to NY.

My brief Hospital stay was Paid-In-Full by their Novant Charity Care (Grant $), which I verified in person a few weeks later, assured there would be no bills whatsoever, AND THERE WEREN'T. A friend let me use their address and NO MAIL CAME for any bills or anything else.

I NEVER returned to this hospital or its doctors for any reason whatsoever and I certainly never received a single bill during the 10 months I was in Charlotte (in a shelter, trying to recover for the trip to NY - I had lost my belongings, job, etc, and was in very poor health with no medicine or care at all).

Imagine my surprise when I came to see, MUCH later, this was on all 3 credit bureaus. TransUnion originally deleted it, but it's back on now, reducing my score. Equifax deleted after investigating, Experian has not complied with my request for them to demand an invoice, which will prove no debt exits!

THIS BILL IS AN ERROR (someone elses) OR THIS IS FRAUD. It is ILLEGAL to post to credit files without sending bills. LAWSUIT IMMINENT!
