I entered their store orignally because of a sign posted outside that advertised for 3 boxes of contacts with an eye exam.

When I originally talked with the woman ( who has no sense of work ethic) in the store she tried to persuad me in purchasing a whole eye exam and the contacts on top it, but as I exited the store I re-read the sign and went back in side to get a better explanation. The Dr then entered the store and told me that I would get the 3 boxes of PRESCRIPTION contacts with my eye exam. After the initial exam (where he only looked at my eyes enter the light) he explained that because of long time contact use that my eye was damaged and he also recommened me getting glasses becasue the veins in my eyes were starting to erupt. Which he also said would be free.

I payed $100 which I was explained would be for the 3 "free boxes" of colored/prescription glasses and also the glasses I needed. Well I left the store and was given the contacts. The next the day the woman in the store called me and let me know she made a mistake, the contacts I have at home are not prescription but jsut ordinally colored contacts. So to my dismay I tried to reevalute the situation... I showed you my presciption, you took an eye exam, and we also discussed what I needed. They knowly, or "mistakenly" gave me regular non prescription contacts, so the remedy would be to order the correct contacts.. Right? NO! Now they are telling in order to add the prescription it would be an additional $65 plus the cost of the glasses I wouldbe promised for free!

I am not going to tolerate this type of bait and switch and down right theifs. Do not shop there!
