This company received payment for around 100 dollars worth of merchandise. Not only did they not send the goods, they refused to refund the money.
They blatantly ignored over 20 messages sent inquiring as to the refund they owed. Messages were sent through the websites built in inquiry that garuntees a response within 24 hours and through email. I had to create a new email to get them to answer me at which point they told me that they would not allow me to purchase from their website. I then asked for my money back and they ignored all my requests again. They blatantly ignored me and made me feel like a piece of trash not worth their time.
It’s been months and I have little recourse but to put out to others that this company lacks a moral compass and will treat you as such. The day they refund my money is the day I retract my report, and the the day hell freezes over.
