Their Motto is " Setting Higher Standards for the Real Estate Industry" what a joke! considering that I and other agents at Exit
Realty located in Murrieta, CA paid $1,700 or more to have them shoot a video to put on a website that they would build as part of the total package including: all video's like a listing and buyers video, sponsoring or short sale video, interactive talking Wed Template, Domain name, business affiliates area,e-mail,1 Year free Hosting, roundtrip flights, Hotel accommodations and airport shuttle transportation and free yearly reshoots and a lifetime membership. This all sounded exactly what I needed to promote myself and to stay competitive, so I paid them $1,700 upfront and was confident because this company was "pushed" by my real estate company Exit Realty. So I paid them and they came to our office and gave me a script and took my video. They said it would take about three weeks to complete editing the video and to put it on the website. Long story short, I called and called and got a lot of runaround from Shane Pendley who was the guy who initially came to our officer and did the sales pitch. Finally he said that his affiliate company who he out sources   business too and he could at least send me the unfinished video but I never even received that. This company just makes a lot of excuses. They come off as this big premier, state of the art marketing company but in the end they are only thugs may as well just put a gun to your head and taken your hard earned money in this tough economy. Next time you hear the name Shane Pendley out of Florida, Run!
