Ac-delco Batteries proof from the streets Flint Michigan

Greetings all
For many years I worked for a towing company that serviced the auto clubs (AAA) ect. More often than not I would get service calls for a jump starts for reasonably new GM products. most often the root of the problem was that the AC-DELCO battery positive terminal had become lose or had completely broken away from the battery case, redering it junk..thus now needing a tow to a local repair shop. I thought that this was very strange but soon became the norm....So AC DELCO,... YES THERE IS A PROBLEM AND IT DOES NEED ADDRESSING
