The company has done the same thing to me. They have reported an incorrect debt to the credit bureau and will not remove it. Not only that, but they are in violation of a few laws in the State of Maryland. In fact, they are not really allowed to conduct business as they are not in good standing with the State. I have filed a suit against them in court today. I wonder how many laws they have violated in every state? I am hoping that I can find an attorney to take this on as a class action case. I'm sure that there are many people who would want to join this type of lawsuit!
