American Agencies - ACA Receivables Company Ripoff Rude Liars Cheats Harrassment Cussed Out Torrance California

What a Company! They claim I owe SWB over $900 with interest. I have sent the (3) letters asking (demanding) validation. No responce except phone calls and letters asking for payment.

The refuse to honor the letter from SWB that I did not and do not have an account with them. I will be filing in court an claim that will make them accountable for their actions.

I'm no legal guru so I'll hire an attorney and seek damages under Federal and State laws. It's time they pay. Maybe they don't care! (they don't)

The last thing I heard before I hung up the phone was " Mr. XXXXXX we will collect this debt from you! You are going to pay it one way or another! If you sue and get a judgement against us do you really think you will be able to collect!, We will just change names and you get zip!"

Must have been talking to someone that knows how they play the game, but this is no game!

I thought at first this was just the company, However I believe they train their staff this was and they enjoy it. That makes them also liable for thier actions. They really have some losers
working for them!
