I was contacted by Jena Fadziso the owner of Medical Prep Institute in The Tampa Bay area.  She said she needed my services regarding an LPN program she was trying to start and got a letter from the Florida Board of Nursing with the changes she needed to make to her application package.  I told her to e-mail me her letter from the Board of Nursing.  She said she wanted to hire me to fix the things that needed to be fixed.  I looked over her letter and what I saw she could fix herself so I gave her the advise she need so she could respond to the board of nursing.  I did not charge her anything, I told her she did not need to hire me for this.  She then told me she needed a hospital and she said she could not get one in Tampa, I told her I could try to get her one in Dominican Republic, because I have relatives there that are Doctors.  She said fine, I sent her a contract told her I would send her affiliation agreement contract to the Dr. Meza there in the Dominican Republic and I did.  I got there to the Dominican Republic and before I could speak to the hospitals about Ms. Jena Fadziso's contract she was calling the hospitals demanding to know if I gave them the contract.  I called her and told her to wait because I had to speak to these people first and she bypassed me and when straight to the hospital and started pressuring the hospital administrator to sign her contract, she said she gave me a deposit and I had stolen her money and that they needed to sign the contract.  The hospital said that she was a lady that seemed too aggressive and that they would not sign the contract for her.  She jeopardized her own opportunity by bypassing me and speaking to the hospitals herself.  I then called Jena and told her I would try another hospital and she said she needed the contract right now right away.  I could not get the hospitals to sign the contract as soon as she wanted.  This process usually takes 3 months.  She got mad and demanded her money back.  She called me all sorts of name and said she would ruin me with my clients of which she had a list because I give all my new clients a list of my clients for them to verify my credibility.  She threaten me an threaten me over and over.  I said I would give her back her deposit but has she continued to call all my clients and say terrible things about my company and myself.  I decided to stick to my contract the clearly states, that Academic will not refund any deposit money to anyone who cancels this contract after 72 hours of hiring us.  She did just that, therefore she is not due a refund and she knows that.  She called my clients who in returned called me and said that they wanted her to stop harassing them.  He objective was to ruin me, but my clients who have a good and trusting relationship with me did not listen to her irrational conversations.  I got called by Jena at least 4 times a day with threating calls.  She finally got tired when I told her she was not due a refund to read her contract.  She then resorted to this actions.  That is correct she gave me a deposit, that is true I was suppose to get her clinical in Dominican Republic, but she did not let me do my job.  She ruined any help that I could give her and because everything was not done as fast as she expected she demanded her money back after I had started the work.  I will not refund the money to her because she breached the contract.  She is not a stable person and utilizes very unethical and unprofessional tactics to get her way.  I can furnish all proof of the contract agreement, I can furnish proof that I sent the affiliation agreement to the hospital in Dominican Republic.  She cannot prove all the accusations, she can only show a contract that I do not have copies of and a deposit make to my account at the retention fee for my services that is refundable.

I demand that my name be taken off this ridiculous report.  Your website has no, because you do not speak to both parties you just print lies about a company without investigating the truth.
