Acai Advanced - Live Lean For Life Got charged $89.90 even though I cancelled free trial in time Lewiston Maine

I signed up for their free trial on 4/23/2009 after reading the ACAI ADVANCED GUARANTEE and the entire fine print in their terms and conditions. I had a credit card charge of $5.95 on 4/24/2009, which was the shipping and handling that I agreed to.

I tried the product for 7 days and because I live in a nursing home, I check my blood pressure regularly. My blood pressure went up and I stopped taking the product. On 5/04/2009 I called ACAI Advance customer service at (888) 247-5160 and spoke to Jennifer. I told her I wanted to cancel everything. She told me everything was cancelled, no problem. That was 12 days from the order date and within the 15-day free trial.

On 5/14/2009 I was charged $24.95 by Live Lean 4 Life, a separate company supposedly. After some research I realized this was the second part of the trial that is a weight loss management program. On 5/27/2009 I got the phone number from the credit card company (888) 272-6483 and also disputed the transaction with the credit card company. I called LL4L on 5/28/2009 and cancelled, conf # 516769 spoke with Jessica employee # 4850. I tried to get a refund, explained I had cancelled everything on 5/04/2009. She said that I only cancelled ACAI ADVANCED. How was I supposed to know I had to cancel them separately, she said I should of known.

On 5/28/2009 I was charged $64.95 by ACAI ADVANCED. I tried to call them, on hold for 30 minutes and they disconnected me. Called again, waited on hold over 30 minutes again. Spoke with Beni? employee # 4853, and told her I cancelled everything on 5/4/2009. She told me I had only cancelled the monthly shipment of ACAI pills being shipped automatically not the free trail. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she told me no one else could help me. I again cancelled everything conf# 424866.

You can get the same thing in any health store for less then half the price.
