My son is on deployment with the Military and was scammed by this company and tried to call 801-208-8735 to cancel and can never get through. We have written letters, reported it to Utah Consumer Protection, his credit union, where the charge of $89.31 is being taken out of his account. We were given the phone #800-277-1597 to call & 877-350-8480 and we finally get someone to talk to and they hang up on you after being on hold for 18 mins. We can't get anyone to cancel these charges from coming out of his account.

I read some of the other reports posted and found a couple different numbers -- I was referred to this number 1-877-350-8480 where I finally got someone to look up the account and they canceled and gave me a cancelation #. This was for Acai Advanced in Davie, FL --They just charged another $89 to the account Dec 29th!!! I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 months ---they keep changing phone numbers. The original #given to cancel was: 801-208-8735 but never was able to reach anyone!
