My story is identical...never told that I would be charged...couldn't get through to cancel...received product after 14 day trial was up...One difference...cancelled my card when I thought something was up...all this happened in July 2009...Got a bill March 2010 for 133.00 and threats they will send it to a collection agency if not paid... do you think I am rushing to get the money to them?

Got a collection letter...contacted them...lo and behold the collection company "healthyonline services.com"is actually the acaiberry company...this is getting out of hand! The operator told me his word is as "good as gold" and I can't send a money order or check...it must be online with a credit card...they CAN'T be serious! And....they will not be sending a receipt that says it is an account Paid in Full...what can we do???? Is anyone at a further level with this company? Have you had any problems since getting a collections letter from them...Please share YOUR experiences...
