Acai Berry Supreme - Aton Solutions unable to cancel after trial period, line busy, or message, charged $95 Boca Raton Florida

I ordered a $5.95 trial of Acai Berry Supreme. After receiving the product I tried it but was unable to take it due to terrible headaches. I tried numerous times to call and cancel per instructions on the website, the phone was either busy, I was calling to early or late, or the call would not go through.
I finally had it and did a "who is" search and found the email address.
I sent an email telling them that I was cancelling and not to charge my card anymore.

They sent me a bottle at $95.00. I asked for a refund and an address to return the product.

I received a phone call telling me that I could not return the product and I would have to prove I tried to call and cancel. It's kind of hard to get a record of calls that were never completed.

I told them to cancel and not charge my card again and they agreed but I am still out over $100.00.
