Acai Resolution - Nutra Foods stole $87.65 out of my account even though I returned the trial package with Signature Confirmation. Wilmington Middletown Delaware

I returned the trial package of Acai Resolution on Feb. 05, 2009 and the company took $87.65 out of my account on Feb. 09. I called and told them I returned the package, and was told that they do not accept the returns they trash them. I explained that I did not use any of the pills because they were in gelatin capsules and I do not take gelatin, and that I am going to return the shipment that they just sent. The CSR said I can return it if I want but I am not going to get a refund. I explained that I am on Social Security and I need my money and I would never spend so much on such an item. Plus when they took the money from my account I was left with 0.23 cent to last me all the rest of the month. I have no way to make it. She repeated that I am not going to get a refund. I ended the called. I checked them out with the BBB and they are not registered so I filed a complaint. I also sent an email to Oprah Winfrey asking for her help and told her Acai Resolution is using her face and endorsement to support their product. I sent a letter to Acai Resolution begging them to give me a refund. In the meantime I received a package from Nutra Foods, 364 Main St, Ste. 407, Middletown, DE. 19709. I did not open the package but looked up NutraFoods.com and voila, they are the same company with the same telephone number. My next step is to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I intend to continue until I get my refund or have exhausted all resources. In the meantime I have no money.
