Acaiaslim - FitFactory.com do not order free trial sample, unauthorized charges Riverton Utah

I ordered a trial version of their product from a website that featured Oprahs picture and stated that for a shipping and handling fee(4.95)the product would be sent.

I received a box with the sample bottle only,NO paperwork (or even a return address on the box)to indicate that if I did not call their 800 number i would be enrolled in a monthly membership program and charged 39.95 a month.

I do not believe that the terms were on the website when I ordered.There were no terms or box to check that stated that I agreed to any other terms.,they claim otherwise,but if you read the complaints on the web from others,they too were not aware of these terms.

Ordering this product also automatically enrolled me in a membership with a company called FitFactory.com.This company apparently sent a email stating that if I did not call their 800 number to decline I would be enrolled in their program and my credit card would be billed 19.95 a month.(same scam as acaiaslim).Unfortunately since I had never heard of this company their email was deleted unread as spam (if I was actually sent a email). My credit card was billed 19.95 by Fit-Fac.com.This how I found out that this company even existed.

I have contacted the credit card company to dispute these charges.Because I don't what else I have been enrolled in without my knowledge, I have had to cancel my credit card.
