Was sent e mail ad for a free trial offer of two week suppy of Acaiberry tablets suppose to be another Oprah Superfood. The ad states totally free only 3.95 shipping. The terms and conditions were at the bottom of the page and only says things like not affliated with Oprah etc. I filled out the form giving my debit card number.

I received the package, inside was a bottle marked "TRIAL" and another bottle with a small typed note that lists their products with no prices and then states that is what I ordered. It also gave a phone number and that if I had any problems call them first. I checked my bank and sure enough they had charges my account with $89.63. I also noticed I was charged with an overseas charge by my bank.

I called the number and waited for approx 30 minutes but finally got someone on the phone from customer service. This person said I did not read the Terms and Conditions that by asking for the free trail I automatically agreed to purchase all of those products and that 3.95 may not be the shipping for all states. He also stated they will under no circumstances take back product and refund any money.

At first I decided to try the pills so I took two but then became afraid to take them. This can not be a free trial if they already send the product. It is not only false advertising but also fraudulant claims and fraud.
