I can't believe the nerve of this company!!! I really feel upset that supposedly all these companies and celebrities support this company (I found out about this company through an aol.com advertisement) and so trusted that it had been thoroughly vetted. For only $5.95 I could get a "FREE TRIAL" . Next thing I knew they had charged my bank account for $79.95 and this month for $89.50 for a product I had not even received yet and when I finally got a shipment this week, I promptly returned it to them as "did not order".
Now I find that they will not even refund my account!! What a bunch of crap! What I'm really worried about is that they will continue charging me even if I keep sending their shipments back to them....How do I get out of this horrible situation??
I have tried contacting them by phone and e-mail...no luck either wayto cancel the shipments as I no longer want anything to do with these frauds. I will keep trying to contact them and praying that they will refund me my money....What a scam!!!
