I ordered the acaiberry trial. I received the product 12 days after I ordered. The charge was suppose to be $5.95 for shipping. And that I needed to cancel my subscription within 14 days or I would receive more product at a charge of 88.62 per month.
I called a few days after receiving the product and cancelled. A few days after that I was charge 88.62, but I did not receive any more product.
The "free trial" offer is very misleading. If I have to pay for a "free" product then the advertisements need to indicate that their product is not free.
According to there web-chat people. I did not cancel my trial in a timely manner and that I should have returned the product. How do you return the product when it comes in a plan brown wrapper with no return information on the packaging. There also was no information inside of the packaging; also no information about my order number.
I think I have learned my lesson that nothing is free. But I just wanted to warn people about this scam and to read the small print.

Go to The Arizona State Attorney General's website. He has filed a lawsuit against Central Coast Nutraceuticals, who all these products seem to be linked to this company. I have done some checking the various product names. Type them in, here in the ripoff report and you will see what I am talking about. I was one of the "few" lucky ones who got all my $$ back. But I am pretty sure I got the Fit-Fac $ back because I told her it was a scam. Also go to Phoenix, AZ BBB. More than 1400 complaints !! They also have a list of some of the various products names. File a compaint w/ AG !! go to www.azag.gov. File a complaint even if you got your $$back!! Good luck to all who fell for a "free trial". I learned my lesson !!!
