I told them I didn't have the trial for 14 days and I want a refund and cancel this order. They said they canceled it but I had to email them to get instructions on how to return the product and get a refund. That doesn't work. Glendale California

The Acaicleanse company sent me a two week trial of their AcaiBerry. It only cost me shipping of $5.99. I only had it for a few days when two more bottles came. They charged me $88.97. I called the number they have and told them I did not order more and I don't want it. He told me I should have canceled within the 14 days. I said I didn't have it that long. I told him to put the money back in my account and to cancel me. He told me that I would have to email the company on getting a refund and they will tell me how to send the product back. I can not get on their web site to email them.
