Acaicleanse300 taken by surprise! Internet

I was on the Oprah site and saw an ad for the Acaiberry product and silly me thought "if Oprah recommends it it must be reliable." (no offense Oprah!). I filled out the required fields and waited for my weight issue answer to come in the mail. My free trial came but nothing in the package- no number or anything to cancel my subscription. I went on line to research where I could get the information but I could not find a number or email. Low and behold on 8/4/08 89.63 was debited from my checking account. I immediately called my bank and they have been wonderful. I did have to close my debit card but at least they will not be able to take money from my account. Because I still have not been able to get any straight answers from the company that took me almost 2 and a 1/2 hrs. til I finally spoke with someone. they told me to go to this web site and file a complaint. So here I am. I will be following through with this. I will get my money back some how some way! Oh by the way I have received no product and I still have a weight problem!!
