Acaipure / Central Coast Neutraceuticals, Inc. Total Ripoff! Phoenix Arizona

This was supposedly endorsed by the Oprah Winfrey Show, according to Acaipure's website. You order their colon cleansing product, Acaipure, with just a shipping charge to pay (mine was $1.85, but as high as $4.95), with a 2 week free trial, which they will then charge $39.95 if you don't contact them within the 2 weeks.

They immediately charged me $41.85. Their website says you'll receive the product after 2-3 days. After 11 days, no product has arrived. Their website doesn't work. You hold on the phone for as long as 28 minutes or more just to talk with someone, and there's no help there.

They (Matt Smith) said I could return the product for a refund, which, after receiving it back at their office (at my expense), they will refund within 2-3 days. Nothing has arrived as yet.

After looking at Ripoff Report and another complaint board, I realize I should always consult you first, or buy products like this at the local pharmacy or nutrition center.
