ACC Warranty Group Steve Burgess Non payment of Clam to replace air conditioner July 2013, Cks. in Mail Sept. Never received. will not return phone calls or E mails Indianapolis Indiana

Paid $ 3,880.00 for 4 yr. service contract on Recreational Vhicle service agreement with coverage startng 12/20/11.

In Augest 2012 we had rear AC unit replaced in Indianapolis. In July 2013 the front AC unit was replaced in Fresno, Ca. Both times we had approval from ACC Warranty, but they refused to pay for the second AC, but after several months agreed to pay the clam.

ACC said they sent a check but we have never received it. I have e mailed and asked if the ck. was cashed and if not to please stop payment and resend payment. I have also asked if our contract is enforce since Steve threatened to cancel us. They will not return calls or e mails.

I have contacted Indianapolis BBB and filled a complant. ACC has a "F" rating with them. I have also contacted Indiana Attorney General and filled a complaint with them.
