With all that Burgess has to say in his response, still have not received money for authorized claim. Will be more than happy to provide all his responses to claims and dealers response to dealing with Burgess and his company. Most of the reliable dealers will not honor his warranty today.

You thinking about dealing with this company contact me first and you be the judge. Yes he paid a claim of small amount and one in excess of 2000 but why has he not paid the small one he has approved in March?

I have notified Burgess to cancel balance of contract as per his contract, will wait on this as well.

I am sure Burgess might have a couple of customers that are happy with his service, I was at one time but he turned a complete one eighty in taking care of claim.
