I ordered a custom turbo kit for my 2000 mitsubishi eclipse GS from this company on April 23rd, 2004. It is June 11th, 2004 and have not yet received my product. I was told 21 busniess days. They only have 1 phone line and an email address and never call you back. I got my first call back 2 days ago, and am getting the run-around about the status of my order.
I have left several messages, emails, and complaints about there customer service and nothing is being done. I would never recommend this company to anyone...ever!! There is only 2 people to contact, Jennifer and Donny Eley. Donny never answers the phone Jenn is always "sick", and weather "always" takes out there power and phone lines!! There phone has been disconnnected 3 times.
The kit has a very competitive price for $3,500, but with all the trouble and delays, it's definately not worth it at all!!!

This customer had a rough transaction in the beginning but has been extremely happy with the performance of the products he has received and has been in contact with us several times since with positive results.
