Accent Furniture Div Of CSN Stores ripoff Ordered 3,000 worth of merchandise Never received it Fraud? Boston Massachusetts

We ordered $3,000 worth of merchandise, and never received it. We waited for over 10 weeks for it to arrive. (Should've gotten to us within 6 weeks at most.)

We contacted Accent numerous times asking where our order was, each time we were told it would be delivered shortly. Finally we cancelled the order with our credit card, and were told by Accent that if we cancelled or refused order, we would have to pay a re-stocking fee, coming to nearly $850.

Still are unsure if Accent even has furniture to sell, but this is one heck of a scam. You order furniture, never get it, then are told you have to pay a re-stocking fee.

I would not do business with Accent ever again, and strongly warn anyone against purchasing anything through Accent Direct.
