I called Accent Pool to last year for an estimate to replace my pool light. After speaking with the technetium I decided to have my light and fixture replaced. The tech explained that my pool light should last around 4 -7 once he install the light so I agreed to pay them $450.00. After a year my pool light stops working. I did the research and every review says a pool light should last at least 3-7 years.

I called another pool company and they stated the work was poorly done to say the least.  Called Accent Pool and they refused to come back out to repair their work and wanted to charge me another fee to look at their faulty mess. I was told things like we can’t get back out there until March and its too cold for our technicians to do pool work this time of year. Accent Pool took advantage of me and they are unprofessional. This pool company is very nice in the beginning; once they get your money they don’t know you. Do yourself favors don’t use these people it’s a waste of money, what a rip-off.
