Access Buyers Security Mortgage Susan Wenger Bruce Wenger MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVICE Scottsdale Arizona

I met Bruce and Susan Wenger in December of 2013 while remodeling their swimming pool.  I had randomly mentioned that my wife and I were in the market for a new home.  Susan Wenger then pulled me into her home office and proceeded to ask me some questions about what type of home we wanted and where we stood financially an credit wise.  After I gave Susan the information she claimed she needed to determine how loan worthy I was.  She proceeded to tell me that I would most likely have to wait a year or two.  

I was of course saddened and taken back with this news that she presented  but what could I do, after all she was the expert right?  wrong! Approximately 6 to 8 months later my realtor sent me over to another lender from Academy Mortgage and he asked me pretty much all the same questions that Susan did.   He went on further to advise me that he was very well in tuned with VA loans and that I should immediately put in for a pre approval so start my lending process because based on what he can see I would easily qualify.  I followed Mr. Eberhardt's guidance and sure enough he was able to qualify us for our dream home in Gilbert, Arizona.  

Keep in mind folks I don't make it a habit of putting complaints on companies with bad ethics or don't follow a moral code.  After further analyzation of my experience with Susan and Bruce Wenger's firm I have realized that if they gave me bad advice that very well could have ended with me not even attemptinng to qualify for a new loan for a whole year or two.  I don't want someone else getting mis informed on their credit worthiness potentially causing them damage.  I firmly believe that just because Access Buyers Security Mortgage did not process my loan and earn a commission, they did in fact act in the capacity of a lender when providing me with information that could have kept me from purchasing  our family's dream home.

 I also want potential buyers to know that in my humble opinion Susan and Bruce Wenger don't have sufficient experience or knowledge in the lending business as they might claim.  If I could have a do over I would have asked for references from Bruce and Susan Wenger prior to allowing them to review my personal information and give me professional advice.  In closing, when a business is giving professional advice that could effect one of the biggest purchase decisions a person makes in his or her life they need to be held accountable!

**One more added note to this whole situation is that once Susan and Bruce discovered that I gave my business away to another lender Susan proceeded to make threats, and put in bad reviews on our pool company that remodeled her swimming pool (4 years ago).  She took this quite personally and made personal attacks on myself and my company with her name calling and continued threats.  Now let me ask you,  do you want to work with someone who is a "loose cannon" and fires off at the mouth with threats and personal attacks if they can't fulfill their end of the deal and get you approved on a loan? here is just one of many quotes from her email "you remind me of the devil. . . . .(true). you have no heart and no brain" I have saved ALL emails and correspndence from susan Wenger and will be happy to share and forward to you at your request.  Just contact me directly.  Thank you again for reading**
