Access Capital Funding Group LLC is a Complete scam_ Don't waste your money Denver Colorado

On or about 5/2/2008 I signed an agreement to have Access Capital Funding secure a business credit.

I was contacted several times by their silver tongue sales reps to actually hire Access Capital at a rate of $399 to clean up my credit inquiries and then they would build my business credit.

I reluctantly agreed and gave them $399 of my hard earned money. Several months went by and they didn't do a thing so I called and complained and their customer service said that they also didn't see any improvements on my report and they will issue a credit within 6 weeks.

6 weeks went by and I called back looking for the credit, they said the supervisor will email me shortly after he reviews the issue.

A couple of hour later I got an email from the supervisor stating that he's not going to issue a credit and his decision is final!!

I asked why and he said that they tried to clean my inquiries and that's all that they promised as stipulated in the agreement, which I never received.

I reported them to BBB and the same Access Capital Funding supervisor countered that the matter is closed as far he's concerned and no money will be credited to me!!!!

BBB stated that they can only take it so far. Later I found out that on average, BBB gets $750 to $1500 a year from companies to cary their logo and be a member and that BBB will protect each one those company's interest first before any consumer. Obviously we're not paying BBB the yearly fee and we're not in their best interest!!


What a rippoff, so don't get sucked into their antics and sales pitch
