RE: refund of money from Access Financial Loan Modifications, East Coast Fidelity Corporation

This letter is regards to the 2 payments Edgar Allen Smith sent for a loan modification to your company (Daytona Documents and Access Financial Loan Modifications).

In May 15th, 2009 for the amount of $600. And on May 22nd, 2009 for the amount of $599. paid to the order of STRATOSPHERE TELECOMMUNICATIONS, Inc.

I, Edgar Allen Smith Sr am requesting a full refund on the grounds that "Access Financial Loan Modifications did not provide the service I paid for. I also did NOT give STRATOSPHERE TELECOMMUNICATIONS, Inc. any permission to with draw any money from my account. I have tried to reach you by phone calls but have not received any calls back in regard to this matter.

I feel this was a scam and your company has taken fraudulent and unauthorized activity with my bank account. Im request a refund on these bases and expect a full reimbursement from Access Financial Loan Modifications and/or Stratosphere Telecommunications.

Please return my call on this matter in a timely fashion. I have also inculed the NC BBB and a local news editor, in order to resolve this matter.
