About 2wks ago we moved into a building that uses Access Media 3 as their system operator for DIRECTV. The first installation appointment resulted in a no call no show. The 2nd appointment 2 technicians came out and spent 2.5hrs at our apartment which resulted in us losing the 40 channels that came as an amenity with our lease. The 3rd & 4th appointments since then have also resulted in no call no shows. Luckily one of the call center reps after the 3rd spot informed me we could give techs permission to enter so we don't have to continuously take PTO for nothing. We call AM3 every day and while the call center reps are friendly and professional they are completely ineffective at getting anything accomplished.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I have contacted Access Media 3 numerous times via telephone and email, I've also reached out to DIRECTV to which they said I'm stuck and there's nothing they can do?!!
I cannot wait to move to get away from this company, I love my apartment but it's not worth the hassle and wasted time off of work.
