This nice salesman ha ha! came into our towing/automotive business telling us how wonderful AccessFleet would be for our business. Our city has an interstate and could get lots of fleet business by using their company to set us up with many fleet companies. Sound good.

What a mistake. Not one call. He also told us that our credit card machine (which we owned) would not be able to process the fleet cards. We would have to use their companies merchant services and machine.

That was in 2009. We were stuck with 79.95 a month payment for their new and improved machine, what a joke. We also received 3 different statements each month for our transactions. The lease was from First Data Global leasing company. Four year contract. After paying $2,278.20 for a machine I changed Merchant services without a contract and bought their machine for 115.00.

I contacted my bank and put a hold on all of their so called companies from withdrawing from our account. I contacted Access Fleet and they blame on First Data. Called First Data and they blame it on Access Fleet. First Data also wants $2000.00 more. I offered them $ 500.00 and they refused.

They call and threaten me once a week. I just don't care because they have enough of our money. Please do not listen to their sales pitch. They will take you to the cleaners also. Promise.
