Accessible Home Health Care Valiant Health Care Fraud, Rip Off, and Liars! Coral Springs, Florida

    I recently considering buying into this franchise system. While communicating with Valiant Health Care(franchisor) one of the individuals I spoke with was "Aarif Dohad", At least that was how he identified himself and a pleasant gentleman named John Rowsell. 
    They present a very nice sales pitch and are very convincing. They gave me a some names of franchisees to contact for references. I decided to just randomly pick my own off of their website for myself. If they are a good legitimate company this shouldn't be a problem right?
    I started contacting the current franchisees. Wow does it get interesting!! For starters a number of the franchise offices listed on their website had disconnected numbers. To top it off I had two of the franchisees inform me the franchisor is  having some serious disclosure problems with the owner "Aarif Dohad", they informed me that is his name is actually "Aarif Dahod" to google him and find out for myself. After doing so it appears Mr. Dohad or Dahod, I'm unsure which is his legal name, was convicted of fraud by the SEC and did some years in prison and it appears it was a rather elaborate rip-off scheme he was involved in. His wife actually controls and owns the company since he has some rather large personal liens against him and would likely not be able to maintain it if he owned it. This did not appear to be an organization I wanted any involvement with.
