They charged my card immediately and did not ever send or ship my item. It was the hatchimals surprise twins as a present for my daughters birthday. So disappointed, they claimed free expedited shipping and won't respond to messages. I would not ever recommend buying from them as me and many other people have not ever recieved our packages. I will be calling my credit card company and the police. Thus is unacceptable. I have never been ripped off by a website before. Now I will research before buying from an unknown company,
