ACCESSORYBARGAINS.com Never got my products but they took my money Not sure Internet

I ordered 2 urban decay naked makeup palettes, 2 brush sets and a chocolate makeup pal latte on Dec 11 th.  In dec 12 th the money was taken from my account.  I received notice on aol that a shipping label was created for my product And would be sent within 24 to 48 hours. On dec 14 th I got an order ship confirmation stating it was shipped.  On dec 20 th I wrote to them questioning my shipment.  Because I never got it.  I got a response back on dec 22 nd that it was shipped that day and should arrive soon.  I never got it.  I called usps on dec 26th to track it and they said it was never checked in with that tracking number.  I wrote to them yesterday and the said it was shipped today.  I also called them numerous times and there is never anyone there to answer.
