Accountcare I got slammed by this company on my credit card Internet

I just opened my Sears bill and there is a charge for .06 cents from a company called Accountcare. I have never heard of this company and did a search by using their phone number, which lead me to this site. I have not yet called Sears or the phone number however, after reading what has happened to other individuals, I am now more informed about this company and what it is doing. I have never been contacted by this company and I am wondering if the .06 cent charge is to see if I even noticed it was on my bill. I think they did that so they could go ahead and start charging me for something I didn't order or commit to. I plan on calling the Attorney General about this matter. It really makes me angry that companies like this are getting away with this kind of unscrupulous practices. It seems to me this is illegal. If any one has had any luck with reporting this company to a State authority, please respond this and let me know the out come. I would also like to start a class action suit against them. If anyone is interested, again, respond to this report. I will ask about a class action suit and post the results here.
