accountgear.com tryed to buy a account a month ago for $43 and it didnt work, then tryed buying a further 5 with the same money they didnt refund me and still no account. this has been going on over a month and now, Internet

i tryed buying a account for $43 over a month ago, they told me that it had been on there system for to long and didnt work, then they gave me a gift certificate to buy another 1, tryed buying another account and that didnt work either and this went on for around 5 accounts so after about 2 weeks of this they messaged me saying there sorry and i had to pick 3 accounts for less that $40 off there site and email them back to them and they would find which 1 worked and message me the information but charge me $3 for a manual service and $40 for 1 of 3 account which were all less than $27 so basicly they were still ripping me off and since then ive messaged them everyday daying i want a full refund and complaining about there customer support and every now and again i will get  a automated message from them telling me a customer support rep will get back to me asap but they dont, i just want this sorted just for piece of mind because i am not willing to be robbed! cheers
