accountnow inc. accountnow gold visa prepaid card They are still trying to take money from my social security from a so called dead account!!!!!! san ramon, California

AccountNow...needs to be stopped imediately!!!!! I accidentally filled out information online for direct deposit with account now. I am not very computer savvy and just was told, by mail, from social security to get direct deposit because they were doing away with paper checks. When i realized later....It was too late...they were nearly impossible to contact by phone or even email for that matter!!!

When i recieved the card by mail...i called and finally got through to an operator that promised me my account was definately closed for sure. Well I recieved a letter from the social security local office informing me that i still had a direct deposit account set up with them!!!!!

I called...and still had major issues getting ahold of a live customer service rep. but finally got one on the phone and he tried to "pu**yfoot" around the letter i recieved from social security!! And tried to reasure me that my account was permanetly closed with them. So i guess social security is lying right?! I THINK NOT!!!
 
What i say now...is they are trying to rob people...isn't that against the law?! Someone needs to be accountable for this criminal act!!!!!

So I told the guy(who supposedly didn't have a operator number or any kind of proof that i even called...or that the account was definatley closed to begin with)I was going to do something about this!!! I told him if needed be...i would contact a lawyer and report them in some way...but because it isn't a race issue....or sexual disscrimination dispute i could not even report them to the better business bureau.

So what now i ask? If I have to I will contact a news station and make them answer to trying to rob inocent people.(esp right out of social security no less!!!)This has all been so upsetting and I even feel emotionally robbed as well....DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I WISH TO GOD I DIDN'T!!!
