This company attempts to collect old debts by violating the legal rights of the people. In an attempt to collect an old credit card debt from me, they have tried to claim that it was child support when the debt would be otherwise exempt from them doing that. They have violated my rights under FDCPA and have given that to a court of law as well as to the bank. Make sure if they are trying to collect an old debt from you, it does not say child support anywhere on the paperwork. I have never had chidren nor have I been married or dated anyone with children. If you receive anything from them that says child support when they are not collecting child support, report them immediately to www.ftc.gov, your state attorney general and the BBB as well as contacting an attorney. DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!! THEY ARE VIOLATING FEDERAL COLLECTION LAWS AS WELL AS STATE LAWS! I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM AND WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT LYING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE COLLECTING THE DEBT FOR TO ANYONE ELSE. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL RELEASE IT AND NOT DO THAT! LETS GET ENOUGH ENOUGH REPORTS TO END THEM AND THEIR DECEPTION BUSINESS PRACTICES!
