Please Be aware that their agents are using the term Docket. That infers a it is before a court. I logged a complaint agaist them for this and a few other things and forwarded that complaint to Sask Justice. They found that the agent had violated the collection agencies act and as of today April 12th 2006 they are prohibited from using that term in reference to any files. Please check on that in any other province. If you have any questions please post here and i'll be glad to assist.
