Accredited recently sent me a letter notifying me that they are projecting (another word for guessing) That my homeowners insurance will be going from $400 per year to $1000 per year. Of course Farmer's insurance who I do business with has no idea where they could have come up with this information. Meanwhile Accredited is demanding I pay them an extra $100 per month to cover the money they decided should be in my escrow? Is this a sign of a company that is about to tank or what? They are doing anything to get cash flowing in. It doesn't make any sense at all..
