These people are criminals. Just got to the NY Better Business Bureau and look at the reports filed against them. Also, go to any Consumer Review website, these people are obviously going to get served with a lawsuit (class action) very soon.

Acctown Sells Fake Counterfeit Replicas & Steals Your Money - then they write false reviews of the people they victimized!

Everyone who writes a post on Ripoff Report comes here to warn others from their own experiences.  Acttown aka Acctown Store, is and has been ripping people off by advertising real products and mailing people Counterfeit Fake merchandise.  There are many reports from many customers not just on ripoff report but facebook, scambook, etc. who got scammed on multiple products. they are mostly cell phone related products.  Cell phone cases, Ipad covers,headsets, speakers, bose, etc.  Acctown representatives have threatened me in the past with my own posting on how they scammed me on an Otterbox, and they have left Falsified, FAKE rebuttal reports under anyone that chooses to complain, and say that they had a great expereince with this company and that the person who filed a report on Ripoff Report must be a competitor. hahahaha  

What Acctown doesn't understand is that nobody comes to Ripoff Report to say they had a good experince, all of the ficticious good reports are placed on ripoff report by Acctown themselves.  DUH, do they think we are Stupid?  Why would someone come to ripoff report to write a positive review? They wouldn't, so therefore any positive review is FALSIFIED and written by Acctown.  The more they write rebuttals the more these reports gain popularity and show up under a google searches.  So go ahead Acctown, keep filing your bogus rebuttals, we aren't stupid, you ripped each and everyone of us off and that is why we came to ripoff report.com 

Despite what this other probably maliciously motivated post says, I got my order very fast and all the items checked out 100% authentic goods and as they described them. The customer service was also very good and prompt. They helped me with using my items the best they could and followed up to make sure I was happy and to offer me future discounts. I would say this is definitely a trustworthy company. The poster probably is really just some other website or has some other reason for putting false things about this company because there is nothing bad to say about them. The prices were low, the service was very good and more than you'd excpect online especially and the merchandise which is the most important thing, was all the real deal, and in perfect new condition as promised.

Don't let this company get away with it.  People often forget they have recourse through their credit card company.  Just call your credit card company and tell them what happened.  Tell them you received used, possible counterfeit, non-working merchandise, they will issue a credit immediately.  Also Report them to BBB of NY.  

The most unethical, shady and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I paid $10 for shipping and it took 2 weeks for the item to get from the Bronx to Queens? Oh yea and ofcourse shipping is non-refundable, they have 0 accountability and send you some BS link that has all of there shady policies and details. 

I finally received the headphones I ordered and they do not work, they came in a ziploc bag you put a bologna sandwich in and look used!!!!! DISGUSTING !! I have been emailing them for the past 2 days trying to process a return. Now they are telling me they dont accept returns and will give me a store credit. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY. I WANT TO RETURN THE HEAD PHONES AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Now they are telling me I will go through collections if I return the headphones because of a breach of contract? I am returning these headphones and disputing all charges on my CC.

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. HOW CAN I GO THROUGH COLLECTIONS IF I RETURN THE HEAD PHONES?????

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY AND AWFUL COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT
