I am not the only one complaining. This company has worked for years I have found out by others ripped off and have began gathering additional couriers to attempt to put Accurate Expeess out of business. I went for almost 4 weeks without payment. No accounting ledger justifying percentage promised for each delivery. Promised $500-800 per week ( and told by Ester Fishman motorcyclists make about $1200 per week) no payment while I pulled $40-60 per day in operational expenses.. Plus wear and tear on my motorcycle. Was ran like a dog from 8:30am until 8:30pm or later, visiting up to 35 locations a day pick up/drop off. There where days I was not even allowed to stop for food or a brake. I have record of all runs and was shorted. After meeting several others who confirmed this was the case with them as well.. After 5 weeks I was lucky to brake even for operational expenses. I doubt I even saw $300 per week although their advertising states $500-800. Shut them down. They also fail to carry commercial insurance to cover the couriers. Department of transportation was notified. This is a federal level violation.

I am not the only courier to complain about non- payment. If you view their reviews, you will see they went through the same occurrences. They finally paid a lady named Jean when she took them to the labor board. Juilian another motorcyclist I can put ripoff reports in direct contact with. Ester she is a scam artist and no matter if you are an IC or employee the company must carry at least a liability commercial insurance policy.
Funny thing is couriers wear accurate express shirts, representing as "employees" but are duped into IC status. Merely wearing the shirts now classifies them as employees. Beware do not work for this company. Accounting ledgers of what they charge the client ARE not supplied, which means they do not justify the percentages paid out. They just come up with figures slap them on paper and you do NOT know if you've been paid your full percentage.

Misunderstood Contract

I just reviewed my contract with them and it says I'm an indpendant contractor and responisble for my own car and insurance. I asked the front desk lady and she told me that because we don't drive fleet vehicles we don't qualify for commerical insurance.
I also didn't have an issue with getting paid. They told me my first check was going to be held for a month and then I would be paid every other week after. That's what happened. I think this person might have not read their contract.
For me I haven't had issues.
