I went to Saul before the 4th of July to get a new connector on the back of my f250 that controls the lights and braking for a trailer.  Someone stole my stock one.   He didn't have the right one so he wired one together and said it should work.  He ended up charging me $45 for labor and $45 in parts and everything seemed to be rushed.  I bought 2 different connectors for different types of trailers.  After all said and done we tested it out with the big test light.  He ended telling me it was going to be another 50$ to fix whatever was wrong and if not leave, he wouldn't even let me look at it to see if it was a quick fix. Knowing that everything worked before someone stole it off my truck, I thought it was an easy ground or lose wire, something I could fix myself.  After hours of following the wires and looking up info on the internet.  We couldn't figure it out and I couldn't tow his fun box.  A few months later before starting to set up for another trip, I took my truck to my diesel mechanic to get everything check out.  He found nothing mechanically wrong, so I told him to check my connector for my trailer, lights and brakes.  He later reported to me that he has to rewire the trailer harness or order the right connector from Ford.  I paid $95 to get it rewired to make it work properly.  Now everything works, I decided to go back to Accurate Trailer to get some type of refund for having to fix the part he sold me that wasn't right.  Saul told me it was my fault I left that day and I should have returned the parts if I was not happy.  Saul never gave me the option to get my money back after the labor he had to performed.  I have heard only bad things about Saul from friends and now it all makes sense.  I don't recommend him in anyway, he is very unprofessional and doesn't care about his clients.  I have never typed any rip off report in my life, but this guy pisses me off.  Next time I need some work like that, Im going to the valley or palmdale....
