ACCURATE TUNE PLUS (ON LITTLE CREEK) RIPOFF CENTRAL!! NORFOLK Virginia

I took my car there for a basic tune-up. The guy told me that before I do the tuneup I will do a diagnostic test to see what is wrong and I will then call you to let you know what the problem is. In which I agreed to that. While talking to the guy he had the worker to drive my car to see what the problem was. After 5-10 mins. the guy still hadnt returned with my car. I go back to get me car the next day and he is showing me only the paper I signed giving him permission to do the diagnostic test and the tuneup where he wrote that my car needed new coils, wires, and etc. Telling me that it needed about $1400.00-$1500.00 worth of work and that it wasnt going to run right without it. I then ask him to show me the printout from the diagnostic test and he says that he can only give me paper work after I pay him 250.00 for doing the tuneup. Telling me that your car is going to run worse than when you brought it to me cause it needs all that other work done to it. I then ask him why did you do the tuneup if it the diagnostic test showed that it needed all that work to it. He then replied that he noticed it when he started replacing the second set of sparkplugs. So I then asked to see the diagnostic test, but he couldnt provide anything but what he had handwritten on the paper for the tuneup. Stating that he had been calling me all day on both numbers I had provided. In which he only called my house phone and cell once at 1553 and 1554. 1 exact minute after the other just to see if I wanted the other work done.
