Accurate Vehicle Services Consumer Direct cheat elderly people, made false claims, refused to pay perfectly legitimate claim, false advertising, deceptive practices Ft Launderdale, Florida

They got us to buy a warantee through false advertising.  They did not pay our only and completely  legitimate claim.  Took our money from our account with an ACH debit to our account when we never signed an agreement.  In fact I outrightly refused to do business that way. No one can provide me with a signed agreement for the ACH debit.

When we tried to make a claim, we were given the run-a-round through Mepco (the money collectors) , from Accurrate Vehicle Service (the ones who are supposed to service the vehicle) and Consumer Direct Warrantee Services (the ones who made the original warrantee contract).  We were given many different #'s, none of them were accurate.  They either tell us to leave a message which is never returned, have an answer machine that gives us a message and then hangs up on us, or we get a number that has been changed or disconnected.  There is absolutely no way to contact anyone.  You could spend months going in circles and never actually talk to anyone except for Mepco who collects the money (of course).    Before they started auto debit I paid by check.  Pd 2 payments by check and then noticed they were taking out of my account.  Now I refuse to pay because of no service and Mepco claims they have nothing to do with that.  They just want the money.  On the internet there seem to be at least 3 companies that do the contract and collect the down payment.  Then they all have a contract with Mepco. I feel that they may be all under one ownership.  The money up front is all they really care about and then Mepco takes legal measures to collect the rest.  Nobody should ever get a vehicle warrantee service except through the dealership.  The rest of them are hogwash and ripoffs.
