Oddly enough I came across Accurise's website add while visiting consumeaffairs.com.

Right off the bat I noticed something that struck me as odd; they show two documents that appear to be proof of their services at work. http://www.accurise.com/removing-bankruptcy/ First is a letter from transunion thaat shows a long list of deleted items from someones credit report. Second is a credit score, I think it is supposed to represent the end results of their work. So what's my beef? The first letter, the one from transunion showing the deleted bankrupptcy and civil judgements, it is dated May 2011. The second document, the credit score, well it is dated june 2010. This shows a credit score a year before the deletions. Why not show us the credit score after the deletions? After all, isn't that what matters?

Unless I misunderstand what these two documents represent then there is something really fishy here.

By the way, they mention that they are successful because "80% of credit reports have mistakes". What they don't mention is that it is almost impossible to get accurate items deleted. If it was that easy most people would not have low credit scores. They are also Not a Law firm. Lawyers get disbarred for things like lying to their victims.

Don't be fooled by websites like accurisecomplaints.com/ this website says that accurise is legitamate. It also satates that there is No monthhly fee. That is contradictory to a lot of the claims on ripoff reports. No, this other web site looks more like a ploy to convince you that accurise is a great company. Its a little odd that the author making these claims doesn't supply his name. (I wonder if he isn't an employee at accurise).

Just a note about myself; I first became curious about this industry in the mid 80's. Everything I have ever learned is that the best advise comes from the federal trade commission ftc.gov . Throughout the years I have seen a trend of company's being shut down for fraud. Is accurise fraudulent in its credit fixing scheem? Only time will tell. In my oppinion, I wouldn't give them a dime. Of course this is my opinion and only my oppinion. (My lawyer yells at me if I don't say that).
