This company has been terrible to deal with. They have delayed a closing for months, losing documents, and have been very unresponsive. The deal was supposed to close in May and it is now the middle of November and we are on record after a huge number of delays and problems, and they cannot release the funds and no one knows why. Louis will simply never return a phone call. Jess is the most responsive. Donald, the owner, will not return a phone call and will not get his operation under control. They have lost a number of sent documents, and let issues fester for weeks before addressing them. They have also been dishonest about a number of situations. I would not recommend them. There are many people that do this type of work and life is just too short dealing with this kind of service.

#3 REBUTTAL Individual responds
Tantamount to Slander
AUTHOR: Jack P - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 19, 2015
My name is Jack Parikian and I am unsure as to who wrote the response to the original report but I can assure anyone who has read it that I have:
1. NEVER been an employee of Accutrust or any of it's affiliates nor can I vouch for their integrity.
2. NEVER been accused or convicted of ANYTHING.
3. NEVER broken any law or been involved with the authorities in any way.
In fact I don't even know why my name is in this report. It is true that My sister is an independant contractor for Peoples Bank & Trust and until January of this year so was I. In that time my primary responsibility was that of a recruiter and IT liason for my sister's team. While recruiting I came across many unsavory characters attempting to "break" back into the mortgage industry but because our guidlines for hiring were so strict we were able to ferret out those that did not have any business originating loans.
Besides the aformentioned individuals I ran into many who talked a good game but did not have the slightest clue when it came to compliance, origination, or customer service. Once hired many of these individuals could not even produce a single loan and after a 90 day grace period were let go.
From reading the vauge refrences made to myself I can only conclude that the individual who filed this report was one or the other. In other words a disgruntled individual who had no business servicing clients or being in the business, although it does seems they can submit a mean GOOGLE search.
To reiterate. I have never had a single run in with any individual, corporation, or law enforcment agency in the 45 years I've been on this planet. I hope the misguided individual who authored the responding post from April 2014 has found some measure of peace in life.

Accutrust is very unethical in business practices

Accutrust Mortgage, which until November of 2010, used to be The Mortgage Group and was located at the same address in Fall River. In 2010, the FDIC forced them to cease business and fined them $100,000 for fraud, falsifying mortgage applications, non disclosure of fees, misappropriation of clients funds and mortgage brokers practicing without licensing, one of them being Susan Parikian Frongillo. Susan's license had been revoked by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 02/2009 for similar actions, and in November of 2012 she was shut down by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and can no longer operate any banking business in this state as a result of unethical business practices.
She lost her banking license in RI in 2009, and the state of Florida refused her liscensng in February of 2013. She has a criminal conviction in RI for usage in 2008, a criminal conviction in RI for forced entry in 2009, and numerous leins and judgements against her. Susan also directly used appraisal companies, one of which was Patriot Valuation/Jerry Reynolds, which was a direct violation of the uspap laws. Susan also has falsified information on the NMLS website, omitting her disciplinary actions by RI and MA, as well as representing herself as a mortgage broker. This was and is the caliber of Accutrust Mortgage.
As a future forwarned, Susan Parikian Frongillo currently represents herself as a National Mortgage Originator with People's Bank and Trust, along with her brother Jack Parikian (who has a criminal conviction in RI for Malicious Destruction of Property in 2010) as well as the appraisal company Patriot Valuation, which is based out of Norwell, MA. Again, in violation of the banking and appraisal laws.

Letter of Response

The person who filed this complaint is a biased party to this transaction. As the seller of the property he clearly had a vested interest in closing but not necessarily in the interest of the buyers or the lenders. The buyer of this property changed jobs, moved out of state and provided documents which led to discrepancies in the integrity of the documents. In the environment that is today's mortgage industry any conflicting information is thoroughly investigated. We worked with the buyers of this property but we also have a fiduciary responsibility and are required by Federal Law to provide quality loans and accurate documentation to the lenders. We in fact have no interest in delaying closings but will not take short cuts because the seller wants to close. Things do not always go the way we intend or follow the timeline that fits everybody's schedule. We have a reputation amongst our lending partners for providing quality loans and amongst our clients for providing guidance in this highly regulated industry. In the end we owe our service to our clients and our lending partners neither of which is the person who filed this complaint. We tried to work with this person and give him as much information as was possible under the Information Security Act. I am sorry that things did not go more smoothly between himself and my company.
