I was approached by Mr. Yoon aka JJon Magnusson to invest private equity for a percentage of the firm. He never properly identified himself or gave an details about his person. He offered to bring cash in Amsterdam to purchase the equity of the company.

After asking him about the investor identity and his identity he finally submitted a linkin profile of a

We contacted this person an a middle easter man answered the phone. His does not represent the person listed in the linkin profile.

We don't understand the purpose and reasoning of Mr. Yoon to push a deal that is not on the up and up or correct.
