Ace America Loans - Ray Scott ripoff, guarantees a loan from another company and request money order to cover guarantor fee charge, once he receives the loan papers and money order you no longer have contact with him and you never receive the loan. Las Vegas Nevada

I located the Ace America Loans on the website and filled out the short application for a personal loan and after a short time I received a reply from Ray Scott stating he had a company that would do the loan.

He sent me the loan papers for a loan of $6500.00. He also requested a money order for $260.00 for the guarantor fee. I had the loan papers notarized and got the money order and had everything overnited to. GFS, Inc., 1930 Village Center Cir. 3-098, Las Vegas, NV. 89134.

I received an email from Ray Scott saying the papers were received. A few days later I emailed on the status of my loan and he replied the papers are overnited to the corporate office in Costa Rico and it would be 2 to 3 days for the processing and then they would 2nd day the bank draft to me.

That is the last contact I have been able to get from him. I have left telephone messages and sent many emails and he does not reply. I had a friend to go online and do an appliacation and and she received the same response as I did when I applied and he will still answer her emails because she hasn't gone any farther with the loan he is still trying to sucker her in.

He is a big rip-off and needs to pay the people back and be charged for the crime.
