My name is Lakisha and this is my Ace America Loan story... This company claims to have been in business since 1999 and they are a loan company which specializes in no collateral loans and only 4% or $260.00 whichever is greater for the finders fee of the loan. They tell you that you are approved for a loan of 2500.00-6500.00 or more and that once you overnight the loan fee to their company in Las Vegas (GFS,INC.) 5-6 days later the funds will be in your account. THIS IS A LIE!!! Once you overnight your money order and loan documents Mr. Ray Scott will email you claiming that the loan document center received yor paperwork and that the in 2-3 business days the "lender" (GFS, Costa Rica) will send out a "bank draft" via UPS 2nd Day Air Mail... and you're all set... I DON'T THINK SO!!! I just recently sent out my so-called loan documents and my money order for $260.00 and here it is a week later and after many, many, many emails to and from Mr. Scott I have NOTHING to show for it but more bills and late payments due to non received funds. Don't trust this company--they are crooks and I know I worked too hard to have my money taken from me and my boyfriend. Also if you try to email RScott@aceamericaloans.com or DScott@aceamericaloans.com, or SRice@aceamericaloans.com--please know these accounts are deactivated as of today. If anyone wants to get in contact with me or even discuss a potential lawsuit against this company please feel free to.

Common Sense!

AUTHOR: Jessica - (U.S.A.)

ANY loan service that requires you to pay a finders fee or a finance fee before recieving the loan is a SCAM!
I work for a very prominent lending agency...It is well known that anytime some company/individual contacts you reguarding a loan and requests that you pay any advance fees before recieving the loan is a scam.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS! Why would they only require $260 or a 4% finders fee on a large dollar amount loan when they could function more like a bank or finance company and make ALOT more money on each loan they give with an APR.
It doesnt make any sense. If it seems too good to be true, IT IS. Use your common sense people.

Lakisha,

Publicizing your experience may help in resolving your complaint against Ace America Loans.

I am currently writing an article for the Las Vegas Pulse magazine regarding loan scams and would be very interested in using your story in the article.

THANK YOU!
